About Me

Kyle received his bachelor’s of science degree from Ferris State University in 2007 and successfully completed his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Central Michigan University in 2012. Since graduating in 2012, Kyle has enjoyed working in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy with a variety of patient populations and is eager to continue as part of the Sport Summit Physical Therapy staff.

He has completed additional education through the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in Kinetic Chain Evaluation and Functional Exercise Prescription as well as training with Kinetacore in Functional Dry Needling, and Graston for the use of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization for the treatment of myofascial pain and soft tissue dysfunction.

Kyle is experienced in strength and conditioning as he worked as a certified personal trainer during his years as a graduate student holding certifications in through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and as a Crossfit Level 1 trainer. He has also taken additional training in Olympic weightlifting. While Kyle has specific interests in sports injuries and rehabilitation, he enjoys working with all patient types with a diverse range of orthopedic diagnoses.
