Jake McFadden was born and raised in Clare, Michigan where he graduated from Clare Public Schools. He attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate degree, studying Kinesiology and sparking his interest in helping people through Physical Therapy. During his time at Michigan State, he competed in Track and Field running sprints and hurdles for the Spartans where he faced several injuries and further solidified his passion for Physical Therapy.
He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Central Michigan University. During his schooling, he completed Clinical Rotations in various settings including Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and Inpatient Physical Therapy. He found his passion for serving his community in the Outpatient Orthopedic setting. He has helped various patient populations from pediatrics to older adults and believes in a collaborative effort to help each patient achieve their individual goals ranging from recovering from surgery to returning to sports.
